I love how you are “allowing”. There’s such value to understanding our own processes, isn’t there? Totally! And I know it sounds woo-woo, but I learned a lot about my strengths and basic operating system by learning my personal astrology. It ‘gave me permission’ to believe in my own ability, instead of the disempowering conditioning I was in. It gave me courage to pursue writing. We didn’t grow up in a village with people saying “we notice you’re like this and good at that—here’s a path that would work for you and help the community”. So I’ve appreciated that perspective.

Thank you for your comments about hitting that 15,000 word mark and starting to lose steam. I do that too. I'm so eager in the beginning and then I begin to flag about that point. Just knowing that other writers go through it too, helps me.

My process is SO similar... Sometimes you have to just barrel through to get words on the page, before you can plot the rest. Welcome to Baby Old :-)
